Residential Team Leader will be responsible for the success of our agents; individually and as a team. You will provide the resources and critical sales support functions that will allow agents to maximize their efforts. You will also be responsible for developing the skills and capabilities of the team while developing your own leadership skills. This role supports the brokers and will participate in the recruiting and training of new agents. Our ideal candidates are experienced in the industry and looking for growth. THIS IS A COMMISSION BASED POSITION. NO SALARY OR DRAW OFFERED. HIGH COMMISSIONS, OVERRIDES AND BONUSES OFFERED.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Assisting broker with or individually executing the following: Build, implement, and manage all systems for sellers and buyers. Lead generation, database management, information management, and back-office support. (other duties may be assigned)
2. Lead and support agents and teams daily.
3. Develop and oversee marketing campaigns.
4. Oversee all administrative tasks regarding home buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to close.
5. Hire agents and associate brokers for your team.
6. Maintain a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient customer service. Supervise agents and teams, direct daily operations to make sure procedures are followed.

Part Time opportunity 15-18 hours per week.
